Project Lead / UX Designer
I’ll be your main contact while you’re working with us. I help identify the goals for each case and guide the team’s workflow. As the Project Lead, my role is to connect with stakeholders, ask the right questions, develop a plan and see a project through. I also help clients know their audience. I draw on my background in anthropology to perform user research, while my experience leading content marketing teams informs our efforts.
Janet Lai
Design Lead / UI Designer
I handle all aspects of web design at Constant UX. From mockups to implementation, I make sure the designs are true to each project’s vision. My experience designing websites at digital marketing agencies guides my work. I’m always looking for new sources of inspiration to come up with designs that stand out and connect with people. I’m also an avid PC gamer and spend lots of time giving belly rubs to my dog.
